These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pelvic Recovery. By creating an account or using Pelvic Recovery, you agree to these Terms.
Pelvic Recovery is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and does not provide medical care. Please review these Terms carefully.
By creating an account or using Pelvic Recovery, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use Pelvic Recovery.
Community participation is also subject to the Community Guidelines.
Pelvic Recovery is currently intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Users are required to confirm that they are at least 18 before accessing protected functionality. This is a user age confirmation and is not identity verification. Pelvic Recovery does not collect your date of birth.
Current Early Access is limited to users 18 and older.
Pelvic Recovery helps users organize and track self-reported pelvic-health information and recovery experiences.
Current functionality may include check-ins, symptom tracking, flare tracking, treatment tracking, treatment responses, goals, timeline, Body Map, Progress and Insights, care-team information, appointments, visit preparation, Visit Brief / Provider Summary, Find Care, Community, and notifications.
Pelvic Recovery may add, change, or remove features over time, and does not promise that every feature will always remain available.
Pelvic Recovery does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medication. Pelvic Recovery does not prescribe medication, recommend medication changes, provide emergency care, provide telehealth, or create a clinician-patient relationship.
Pelvic Recovery is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
Information generated by Pelvic Recovery is based largely on information reported by you. Pelvic Recovery is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice.
Pelvic Recovery is not an emergency service. Pelvic Recovery does not continuously monitor users' health information, and no person is monitoring your private Recovery or Care information for medical emergencies.
If you experience a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency care. You should seek appropriate professional care for new, severe, rapidly worsening, or concerning symptoms.
Pelvic Recovery cannot detect emergencies and does not provide crisis monitoring.
Much of the information in Pelvic Recovery is entered by you. This can include symptoms, health history, diagnoses you report, treatments, medications, treatment responses, goals, providers, appointments, notes, and Community content.
Pelvic Recovery does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of user-entered health information. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it or sharing it with a healthcare professional.
Diagnoses you report are not diagnoses made by Pelvic Recovery.
Progress and Insights are based on your recorded information. They may identify patterns, trends, changes, or associations in what you have recorded.
They do not establish diagnosis, medical causation, treatment effectiveness, or medical recommendations.
Associations in reported information do not establish cause and effect.
The Body Map allows you to record locations and sensations you report. The Body Map does not determine or diagnose the cause of symptoms.
The Visit Brief summarizes your reported information. You control whether to generate or export it, and you control whether to share it.
Pelvic Recovery does not automatically send Visit Briefs to healthcare providers. The Visit Brief is not independently verified medical information and is not medical advice.
You should review exported information for accuracy before sharing it.
Find Care provides provider and business information obtained from external sources such as the Google Maps Platform. Pelvic Recovery does not independently verify provider credentials, clinical specialties, insurance participation, or new-patient availability, and does not guarantee that provider information is complete or current.
Ordering or search results do not constitute endorsement or recommendation. Providers do not currently pay Pelvic Recovery for placement, and Pelvic Recovery does not currently receive referral fees through Find Care. Direct booking is not currently provided by Pelvic Recovery.
You should independently confirm services and suitability with a provider. External directory or provider links may take you outside Pelvic Recovery.
Community allows authenticated users to interact through profiles, posts, comments, likes, follows, and groups.
Information you voluntarily post in Community may be visible to other Community members. Private Recovery and Care records are not automatically posted to Community.
Community posts are user-generated. Pelvic Recovery does not medically verify Community content, and Community posts do not constitute Pelvic Recovery medical advice. Use appropriate judgment before sharing sensitive personal or health information.

Pelvic Recovery may introduce paid functionality in the future. Before users are charged for a future paid service, pricing and applicable billing terms will be presented.
If paid subscriptions are introduced later, these Terms and payment disclosures will be updated before activation.
Early Access software may change. Pelvic Recovery may modify, add, or remove features, or change how features operate.
Pelvic Recovery does not promise uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, permanent free access, or that particular features will always remain available.
Pelvic Recovery may interact with or link to third-party services such as Base44 infrastructure, the Google Maps Platform, Google sign-in, external provider websites, external provider directories, and Stripe infrastructure preserved for future subscription functionality.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Pelvic Recovery does not control third-party websites or services. Pelvic Recovery does not imply endorsement of third-party services.
For information about data processing, see the Privacy Policy.
Your use of Pelvic Recovery is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Pelvic Recovery does not guarantee symptom improvement, recovery, treatment effectiveness, provider outcomes, or healthcare outcomes.
These Terms are intended to be factual and conservative. Pelvic Recovery has not included broad warranty disclaimers, liability caps, or other provisions that should be addressed through professional legal review.
Where applicable law requires specific notices, those requirements are subject to the governing-law framework described below.
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable law in the State of Florida, United States, subject to any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
